CAN I USE MY OWN COLOUR SCHEME?

Yes, designs can be adapted to match your wedding theme, room decor, favourite colours etc. Just enter your colour requirements when ordering.

WHAT SIZE GUEST BOOK PRINT DO I NEED?

This depends on the amount of guests at your wedding and how much space you want to allocate them to write. The item description gives a guide of how many signatures each size print will fit or how big each space is on designs with defined spaces. It's worth noting that couples and families may sign as one rather than individually.

WHAT PEN SHOULD BE USED FOR SIGNING GUEST BOOK PRINTS?

We recommend using a thinner marker or thicker fine liner type pen and advise using one with archival ink to last as long as your archival print.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Estimated shipping times are as follows..

UK: 1-2 working days

Europe: 3-7 working days

USA/Canada: 7-12 working days

Aus/NZ: 7-12 working days

All orders are sent via Royal Mail (standard untracked) and timescales quoted are a guide only and not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed at customs etc, it is the customers responsibility to order in good time.

In the unlikely event your delivery does not arrive please get in touch so that we can investigate. Please note: Royal Mail does not class items as lost until 20 working days after the expected delivery date for Europe and 25 working days for USA and the rest of the world. We cannot be held responsible for loss or delays due to incorrect address.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As all orders are sent standard untracked mail, we are unable to provide tracking info for your item.

CAN YOU SUPPLY A FRAMED PRINT?

Unfortunately we are unable to supply frames or mounts but all our prints are standard sizes so you should be able to pick up a frame easily.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER IS PRINTED?

Yes, you will be emailed a digital proof of your order within 3 working days to make sure you are completely happy with your print. Please ensure you carefully check all proofs as once the proof has been ok'd this is exactly what will be printed. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for printed errors that are approved by the customer and any resulting re-prints will be charged to the customer.

If a customer does not respond to approve their proof within 7 days of it being sent, we will create the order based on the information supplied and will go to print without proof approval.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

As our products are personalised and custom made, we are unable to accept returns. However if there is an issue with your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. In the unlikely event that we make an error, the customer will be offered a reprint or refund. Refunds will not be given for mistakes that were approved at proofing stage by the customer.

We are not obliged to accept cancellations, however we may do so at our discretion if work on the order has not commenced. If the design work has started, we will refund minus a £5 fee for the work carried. If it has already been sent to print, we will be unable to cancel the order.
