DELIVERY INFORMATION


ALL UK ORDERS ARE DELIVERED FREE via Royal Mail 1st Class. International delivery prices and timescales are shown below.

You will receive a digital proof within via email 3 working days of placing an order. Once we have received your proof approval, your order will be dispatched within a further 2 working days. Failure to respond to approve your proof promptly may result your order being delayed. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard 1st Class service is used for UK orders and Standard International for overseas orders. Please note - these are untracked services. Prints are sent rolled in strong cardboard tubes for safe delivery. We charge a flat rate for delivery so you will only pay one delivery charge, however many items you order.

Please note - timescales quoted are a guide only and not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed at customs etc, it is the customers responsibility to order in good time. All shipping times are in addition to proofing and printing time.

In the unlikely event your delivery does not arrive please get in touch so that we can investigate. We cannot be held responsible for loss or delays due to incorrect address details supplied by a customer.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

As our products are personalised and custom made, we are unable to accept returns. However if there is an issue with your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. In the unlikely event that we make an error, the customer will be offered a reprint or refund. Refunds will not be given for mistakes that were approved at proofing stage by the customer.

We are not obliged to accept cancellations, however we may do so at our discretion if work on the order has not commenced. If the design work has started, we will refund minus a £5 fee for the work carried. If it has already been sent to print, we will be unable to cancel the order.
